I did track everything. I wrote everything in my phone then upload it to my online diary here. to be honest I think it was just lack of exercise and very low water intake. I was lying down for lots of last week and too sick to work out, used too many dailies on bad things, didn't eat frequently enough and ate more than I usually do before weigh in. I'm hopin for a good loss nextv week now. But have a big night out saturday so that might be dangerous!Just make sure you track everything and write it down in your tracker. Thats all i done to get back on track. Its amazing the amount of times i thought i was being really good in a day and when i sit down at the end of the evening and add up all the points i've used, i'd nearly be gone over my allowance.
So all i can say is plan ahead and write down everything...
