Tuna on 790!

Hi all, anyone know about the tuna on 790 programme? is the 260g the weight before or after you drain off the spring water?

after ... I'd say! Not sure what kind of logic would include the spring water. Not all tuna comes in tins .... in fact better tuna does not.
