Just coming back over from a week of sw. Fed up of being a fatty- need to shift 30lbs so looking forward to getting on track.

Day one-

Breakfast- banana and activia yogurt- 2pp

Flump- 1pp
Cheese- 2pp

Lunch- brown rolls and ham- 9pp

Dinner- potatoes and lean frying steak- 13pp

Joker- 2pp

40min walk- 1pp earned 0/42 weeklies used (six day week)

Do u like the weight watcher stuff yes it can be hard when out and about iv started buyin fruit and flavoured water your first day looks good
