Another great day yesterday
Breakfast: 2 cheese and onions muffins with olive oil spread
Dinner: Ham salad with mint sauce
Tea: Sweetcorn and chorizo soup with ciabatta
Snacks: 30g dates, 1 Fruseli bar, 1 raspberry donut
Drinks: 2 x coffee, Zero Monster
Exercise: 20 minutes of Kettlebell exercises
Net: 1484 cals
I actually enjoyed the Kettlebell exercises, but I need to step it up if I want to really tone up. I've been having a quick look into P90X, so if anyone's had a good experience of it then I'd love to know. However, even if it is really effective, I'm not sure I would have enough time to get through it as recommended, as a lot of people say it requires 60-90 mins per day, which at the minute is just not possible for me. I might end up just getting a load of those 10 minute exercise DVDs and mixing and matching them so that I can do short routines daily and then longer routines at weekend when I'm not at work.
Also got myself some stretch cream to rid myself of these dreadful things. I'd hoped they might have gone as I lost weight, and while some did, I'm still left with a few unsightly ones around my stomach and hips. Been using Palmers Stretch Marks cream now for about 4 days, and I'm seeing a slight difference. Not sure how long you're meant to apply them but going to keep at it for a good month or so.
Exercise wise today, me and my running buddies have got a 10 mile run planned. It's going to be super painful haha and is probably going to take around 2 hours, but since I need to start working in more training for a half marathon, this is the way to do it.
