Hi all

Not had a great day diet wise today - was still feeling the pains of Saturday night lol

And I didn't go swimming as planned. Going to start my running plan tomorrow though ... but out again maybe Thursday and def Friday.

Not looking forward to WI - but will try extra hard tomorrow and Wednesday to pull back as much as I can
