well no not a better day at all ... ended with me in tears and leaving early :( And just had a piece of bread and peanut butter ... before dinner

Hi all

Well I've decided, Stress, tiredness and hormones do not mix ... but luckily exercise seems to help :)

Did my training tonight ... in the dark ... in the rain!!! now that what I call dedication :D

Went to a pub quiz last night and we actually won!! Only by one point, but better than nowt!

Out on the p tomorrow with Sha and her friend, who is also called Lesley so that will be fun after a couple of drinkies :D Will need to do some exercise during the day to ease my conscience :D

And Rach - your jokes never get old ;)

how about fitting in the dogging before you go drink then? :D

Hi all

On Lydia's recommendation I downloaded the couch to 5k app for iphone and did the first 30 minute train today, which was just a trial as will be starting it officially with 'the team' on Monday night. But I did it and it felt good - not too hard .. it's surprising how quickly you can build some fitness up!!

So Jogging done, bought some work home and thats done, changed the bed sheets, so lunch and a looonng shower and then start getting ready for tonight ... will take a good few hours with a glass of voddy and great music. But can't overdrink too much - swimming tomorrow :)

Feeling a lot better today (probably due to not being at work :D)

Off to catch up on some diaries while my fish cooks.

Good luck with the running :) I might give it another go when the evenings are lighter, don't fancy running around here in the dark!

Good for you hun, just think in 9 weeks time you will be able to run non stop for 25 mins - we both will - maybe we can enter the London Marathon - stop me now Twigs before I start signing us up for ultra marathons in Iceland!!! :p
