Hi all
On Lydia's recommendation I downloaded the couch to 5k app for iphone and did the first 30 minute train today, which was just a trial as will be starting it officially with 'the team' on Monday night. But I did it and it felt good - not too hard .. it's surprising how quickly you can build some fitness up!!
So Jogging done, bought some work home and thats done, changed the bed sheets, so lunch and a looonng shower and then start getting ready for tonight ... will take a good few hours with a glass of voddy and great music. But can't overdrink too much - swimming tomorrow
Feeling a lot better today (probably due to not being at work
)
Off to catch up on some diaries while my fish cooks.
