Well WI day creeps around again ... hoping for my 1.5 lbs today ... of course I woulnd't say no to more but my aim is a constant 1.5 a week - so will be happy with that.

Saved another 3 points yesterday so have 10 in the bank for treat night tonight Will spend all day deciding which chocolate bar to have lol

Will pop in during the day if I have time ... but if not will post results this evening.

The other week when i had done loads of exersice i lost just a ½lb and i thought the same as you are now...

have another good week this week and im sure the reward will be greater next week for you,chin up chuck xx

Thanks Fuzzy ... it's just frustrating when I've been so good :sigh: Ah well all I can do is carry on I guess.
