HI!

Nope I didn't cave

BUT scales are showing a gain this morning, but it's expected so I'll take it and get on with getting it off next week!

My hayfever sometimes gets worse in the rain - I think it brings the pollen down or something. Anyway - have now got nose spray and taking my one a day tablets twice a day - if that doesn't help I'll have to buy an astronaught helmet

But that was last week ... 100% this week will have them gone in no time

I'm off to Pizza Express for lunch tomorrow ... am going to have one of those holy pizza's - 7.5 points. Just need to stay away from the garlic dough balls :drool:

Hi all

Well day one of my 100% week starts (I just new I was being too cockly earlier in my diary when i said I didn't need to state my 100% weeks as I always did them anyway lol)

Breakfast - Kelloggs sustain with skimmed milk - 4.5

Lunch - Pizza Expess' Margharita Leggera Pizza - 7.5, Dough balls - 5.5

Brings the total to 17.5, leaving 8.5 for dinner. Not sure what I'll fancy after pizza at lunch, but will stick to points!!

I've got my EA Active tonight too, but I don't count my AP points.

Me too lol I wasn't going to have the dough balls, but when I calculated the points for the day, I was more than excited to know i could have them AND pizza lol

Hi all

I highly recommend the Leggera Pizza's. I had the margarita one and it was really really good The salad (Well rocket, baby spinach and tomatos) had the lovely pizza express dressing and all for 7.5 points

Just done my wii active and completely shattered but feeling good. Just gotta figure out what to have for dinner now

Hiya twiggs its good to be back & catching up on you & the other girls.
Another thing to do with the hayfever is start taking your tabs well before the season starts & also if you like honey buy some local stuff as it gives you immunity from the local pollen(strange but true fact)
I ate far too much bad food on hol so at the mo im craving real healthy stuff which is just as bloody well!.. got nuthing in the cupboards so badly need to go shopping! Just gonna see wot your twin has been up to while ive been gone! xxx
