I have my nan's funeral on Friday and then away for a week, so probably have a gain when I'm back.

Well I'm back from holiday and haven't stepped near the scales yet. I have 1 more week off work, and the step kids are here for a week, so sticking to the diet is going to be tricky, but I will definitely be cutting down ... and then back onto 100% with a vengeance
