Hiya Twigs here is the B/potato recipe.
Serves 2-points 6.
300g new potatoes-peeled and cut into small cubes
1tsp corn oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp crushed garlic
1 heaped tablespoon of tinned chopped toms
2 tsp rogan josh curry paste
15g fresh coriander leaves
s+p.
1.Boil spuds till tender
2.Heat oil,remove pan from heat add mustard seeds cover with a lid,you should hear them popping!!
3.Uncover when popping noise gets slower,return pan to heat.add garlic,salt+pepper,toms+curry paste-stir fry for a few mins.
4.Add the cooked potatoes.105ml of hot water and the coriander,cook+simmer till potatoes absorb the spices(5mins).
5.Serve+enjoy..
