Glad ur getting house sorted. I know how u feel about not being in the zone. I'm the same but I'm trying to plod in.

Ht 5ft 1 Start wt 14st BMI 37. Wk1 -18lbs, BMI 33.6 Wk2 -2 BMI 33.2, Wk3 -3.5 BMI 32.5, Wk4 -5 BMI 31.6 no WI till 12 March

I already home school my 10 yr old, so have work for her and my 9 yr old. I have the whole biff, chip + kipper collection for the younger ones, so I'll work with them myself until they get a place but I do hope it's sooner rather than later xx

Our wedding is what will get me back into it. I think the reason I have slipped is because I still have boxes at my friend's house and m-i-l's house, so I can't get the house straight until I have it all, which will hopefully be tomorrow xx

Hi Twinkle, sorry to butt in. Just read that you are struggling and wanted to quickly let you know that your diary is what inspired me to start my own journey and I've now managed to get to day 23. If it wasn't for this forum, I know I would have caved by now!

You can get back on this, you just need to grab hold of that stubborn extra disciplined willpower that got you through your first stretch.

Hey Twinkle, you have had SO much on your mind, I don't know how you even managed to do as well as you have done with everything going on. It shows you have it in you. Whenever we have a wobbly moment, it is so easy to "undo" in our minds all the amazing work we have already done, as if it counts for nothing. Now that is not true and you know it. I sounds to me like all your energy and control and strength had to channel and go into something else, your move, your kids, all of that. You will find that place again, especially now that you have unpacked most things and are starting to settle in. Fingers crossed, darling, and a big hug xxx
 
Moving house is one of the most stressful things you can do, and anyone that has ever done it will completely understand why you are find this hard on top of that. I caved the other night and ate donner meat pizza and had a bottle of wine to myself JUST because I didn't get a job - and thats NOTHING in the grand scale of things!

You will find yourself settling and your motivation will return. Keep your wedding in sight and you will get there, from what I have read in your diary I have total faith in that xx
 
Twinkle I'm so glad to read that you had a calm relaxing day, you deserve that more than anyone!

Think wedding, that will be enough to get you there I'm sure, you've done amazingly well and show daily how focussed and motivated you are - now is the time to concentrate on you xx

Hope today is going well for you twinkle.

I have faith that you can do it again as you did so well before.

You have had loads going on so its understandable you came off it but once you are sorted again, i know you can do it :) xx
 
Ok, so other than the last wk or so of messing around, I am now starting round 2. My new weigh in day will be Friday. My started weight is shameful really but 11stone 13lbs. I do not want to see the 12's again, so today is day 1 and going well so far. Although I'm going to mainly stick to shakes, I have just had a porridge but sticking to black coffee and water. Today should be easy as I have housework to do and then I'm off to work and Fridays are usually busy, so hopefully I'm onto a winner today. Ideally this week, I'd like to lose the 4.2lbs I've 'aquired' but I'll be happy with any loss to be honest.

3 of my children start school on Monday and my 4th still doesn't have a school at the moment but hopefully she'll be offered one soon. That's not too bad, as they told me it would be several wks before they get a school, but they're probably sick of me phoning lol. I go down to 4 nights a wk at work from next wk as well, so fingers crossed that this will be the start of a proper routine again.

I just need to keep strong and remind myself of why I'm doing this and how much I'll regret it if I don't do it!
