Breakfast - 1slice wholemeal bread with a slice of cheese (no milk at work!)
Lunch - omlette with quorn sausage and mushrooms, cucumber and tomato
Dinner - Morrisons sausages (1/2 syn each) baked beans, SW chips, banana
Saturday 25th Sept
Breakfast - 28g Shredded wheat minis with milk
Lunch - melon, grapes, Tesco Hot smoked salmon salad (need to check points)- update!!! 10 syns in the salad
Snack - pineapple
Dinner - DH insisting on going out for Indian, so don't even ask!!!!!
