Up days

I can haz cake?
Do you count cals your up days, and if you do, have you got a restriction?

I've been counting my up days, and trying to stick around abouts my maintenance figure. (2.4k) I know the book says to eat as you need and you don't have to count but I think without it I nearly go bananas and just eat for no reason at all.

When I count I might not be restricting myself persay, but I'm a lot more aware of what goes in my mouth. As an example... If I wasn't counting cals, I could easily find myself eating 3 or 4 buenos (nom), whereas if I even recognised what was in the packet or wrote down that I had it, I might have 1 or 2, and I would still feel the same level of satiety..

I was just curious to see how everyone else felt about it :)
 
Same as you really, I know my official Juddd limit 2200 I don't write down what I eat I make a mental note and now roughly the calories in what I eat but I really try to keep UP days as normal days and don't class myself as dieting on those days, when I start stalling big time then I will have to try and keep to official figure but for the moment I am just carrying on as I always have , hope this answers your question x
