Used to be on Xenical

I was on Xenical for 18 months and then my Doc threatened to take me off it as I wasn't losing enough after losing 56 lbs I decided to go it alone, not a good idea just before Christmas n New Year but..........

Anyway my weight spiralled up but I did have a good holiday time eating lots of cheese, my downfall, and my scales showed it, by piling on a massive 16 lbs! But I am now back on track and am continuing with my low fat eating habit which I have enjoyed and am now back down to 244 lbs.

I have gone up one size and put on a couple of inches on my waist but I am hopeful my progress will continue, wish me luck, pretty please.

Hello you've done incredibly well to come so far. I'm sure you can carry on and be a great success. I wish you all the luck in the world. I'm finding keeping a diary very motivational and I find reading everyone else's diaries very inspirational xxxx
