I have moved over from Cambridge ss and have come to the conclusion that I've got to stick it out! Keep going back and forth and not really getting anywhere so after a week of cheating and nibbling on Cambridge I have decided Ww is the way! I need food and doing Cambridge wasnt me. I lost my sparkle!! So all welcome and I hope you will join me out my journey.

Breakfast- x2 Crumpets and light marg = 7
Lunch- Spag Bol and 4 points of pasta= 9
Dinner- chorizo and prawns with rocket and veg
With tiger bread and light marg 13. The
Bread was loads
Strawberrys, Ww cream (1) meringues (1) banana, and a dairy milk all thrown in together! It was lush!!! = 8
