I have moved over from Cambridge ss and have come to the conclusion that I've got to stick it out! Keep going back and forth and not really getting anywhere so after a week of cheating and nibbling on Cambridge I have decided Ww is the way! I need food and doing Cambridge wasnt me. I lost my sparkle!! So all welcome and I hope you will join me out my journey.

Daily allowance 32
49 weeklies

Day 1-

Breakfast- x2 Crumpets and light marg = 7
Lunch- Spag Bol and 4 points of pasta= 9
Dinner- chorizo and prawns with rocket and veg
With tiger bread and light marg 13. The
Bread was loads

Strawberrys, Ww cream (1) meringues (1) banana, and a dairy milk all thrown in together! It was lush!!! = 8

Diet coke x 1 0
Skimmed milk 1

Total = 38
6 weeklies used
43 weeklies left

Enjoyed eating food. Day one done! Planned lots of good meals for the week!
 
Excellent days food. Dinner sounds amazing!!! Look forward to seeing tomorrows menu x

I'm going out tomorrow night so I will be using my weeklies for that. Just a few vodkas. How you getting on x

I'm doing ok. Just cooking dinner now. Am having cod with pasta and Philly and roasted veg today. Takes me to 23/26 by the time I've had that.

Going to add some carbs at lunch timorrow. Maybe a quiche or some bread. Hard not to be scared though lol x

Soon be gone though. And so much easier if you find the right plan for you. That's definitely one of the biggest things with dieting isn't it!

Where are you off to tomorrow? Drinks and dancing or drinks and food? X
 
I've spent too long going back and forth on cd when my friends have lost stones and stones while I've been pratting around! Can't blame it all on cd as my motivation had a little distant at times! I'm just going up Sheffield drinking. No food! I am treating myself but within points to a grill up Sunday morning! X

Yum! You'll enjoy that. Vlcd aren't for everyone tho. I worshipped slimming world but have finally had to accept that it's not the diet for me. I'm just too greedy :( an hoping ww is going to be the balance of everything I need from a plan. Seems like it will so far. Need to learn portion control is the main thing x
 
I think that's the great thing about we it's all down to portion control. You can have anything you want within your points but it's up to you to make the right choices! X

Not really it depends on the weather. I have to take hubby car for mot in the morning and then maybe take kids out in the afternoon if the weather holds. I also need to tackle my mountain of ironing at some point. It's taller than the kids now lol x

Hiya looks like ur doing really well!
I did LL and lost 3 stone in the 100 days. It was hell and it piled on all the weight back an more. Then did Cambridge again lost 2 stone and then piled back al the weight and mre.

I started LL at 14 stone and came out the other end weighing 17!!!!

Weight watchers is a way of life and for me it's just eating same things but being sensible about it! If u have the ww app I find it really helps! Good luck and will be checking in. X

Yeah I think it's hard to maintain any vlcd and people that do should be proud of themselves. I've been so less stressed these last two days just happily tracking my points. Before I was constantly thinking about what food I couldn't have! Good luck. How long have you been doing Ww x
 
Hey sugar plum and mmmmm I like the new diary xxxxx I know we are on different diets now but I just wanted u to know ...... Whatever way u chose to do this I will be there as yr little cheer leader x I don't care what anyone else says or does u can do this and will and I will help u in whatever way I can x plus when I come off cd u can help me to do ww with the last bit of my weight x good luck with this and I have absolute faith u can do this x love uk it's Leanne x

It will be my 4th week come Tuesday. It's gone quick.
Lost 10.5 in 3 weeks which isn't much compared to a vlc diet but I have eaten loads!
