I'm suffering a terrible hangover and I've had-

Salt and vinegar crisp sandwich (needed) = 9
Sunday lunch = 14
I let myself down big time as really didn't want the chocolate pudding I ate!
= 15
X4 coke 0

I'm stuff and doubt il eat again today! Today would have been great apart from the pudding!

Tomorrow lots of healthy salads and fruit. Had a lot of points and gone over my weeklies but gym water and salads are my friends this week x

You can pull it back. Hangovers are the worst with food cravings. Seriously just make me want to eat ***** alllll day. McDonald's normally lol. Hard to say no do perhaps instead have something prepared. Ww choc deserts or bars that you can turn to maybe? Preparation is key to success x either way am sure it was lovely lol. Rocky horror at harvester my favourite lol x

Yeah il turn it round! I don't drink every week So this week was a one off! Oooh rocky horror sounds gorgeous! Good luck with this week then. Have you planned some meals x

It is gorgeous but deadly lol.

Yeah have some lose ideas. Having beef and tomato casserole tomorrow that I'm gonna put in slow cooker as we're out at a parents thing for the boys preschool. They start in September i can't wait they are so ready for it. I've done myself a sandwich for work tomorrow, another thing I've been fancying for ages lol. Got some nice fish too for later in the week and hubby out thu so going to make myself a nice veggie curry I think. What you got planned? X

Mmm fajitas are on my list. Another one I've been craving. Love fajitas x got some gorgeous salmon in sainsburys earlier x

It's calorie cycling. So using the weeklies in a certain way through the week. It's for if you hit a plateau. Supposed to keep the body guessing so works to burn fat x
 
Well I feel as fat and stuffed as a goose at Christmas! Ate way too much! Def need a little detox over next couple of days! Salad for dinner!

I'm ok. A little nervous of what my weight's going to do but not scared of the food, i'm ready for more normality now if that makes sense? Have a beef and tomato casserole prepped in slow cooker for tonight's tea. Thinking with baby potatoes and green beans or asparagus. mmmm x How about you, how you feeling with it all? what day is your wi x
 
Friday is my wi. I lost 3 last week with a combo of cd and cheating and Ww towards the end of the week. Have the really bad bloated feeling you get when you have suffered a hangover and eaten your own body weight in cals!! Will see what fri brings. I'm enjoying food and planning. I have the Ww scales which are fab! Def recommend those!

It's good that you are planning. Let's you keep on track. I'm working till 8 so unsure what I will have. May have a Ww meal for tea x
 
Fingers crossed you'll be fine anyway. Which scales the body ones or food ones? Planning is def important part for me, i'm a control freak ya see lol x
 
Ah yeah - i got them. They're good aren't they - especially as the ww phone app doesn't have the recipe builder for some reason. That app could be so much better than it is x
 
Extremely busy day yester and I very late working day and late might have left me feeling tired and grumpy! X will update in a bit.
