I buy one of those litre bottles and just sip that through the day. I don't drink much after 7 as I'm up for loo a lot!! Lol. I'm off shopping today for food do fancy a few nice low point tea!! X

Yes been nice. Cooked a mint Sunday dinner. Then went to pub for a few diet cokes to celebrate aunties birthday. Been looking at legoland to book all night!! Looks mint!! How's your day been x

Sounds yummy :) never been to legoland think I'm a bit old for it now until I have kids to take as an excuse ;)

Had a lovely day thanks visited my cousin and her baby boy he's just 10 days old and so so gourgeous made me so so broody lol! Now just chilling in my onesie watching downtown :) x

Hey chick.

All good here. Think im being a bit lax as I go on Hol in two weeks and think I've let things slip a little thinking whats the point till after then. Very bad mental attitude!!! Ive weighed in today as I'm off out for a meal tonight and I know it will make me heavy Tom Morning. I've sts! I'm ok with that as I deserve it. Off out at the weekend to a friends party and it's free bar!! Although I don't think il drink too much. Just drink a few lagers and then il be on diet coke and vodka. Don't want to drink too much as I want to have a family day with the kids x hope your feeling better x

Hey chick!! Ive had the most amazing weekend. Been to a party for a friends birthday and it was amazing, like a wedding! Marque, pie and peas and Hot roast pork sandwiches. Then at midnight bacon butties, free bar! As you can imagine i didn't eat great!! To be honest not done great for the past 4 days!!!! Tom I'm going to be v good, no white bread all week, take it back to basics. I had my make done professionally yester and felt really glam. Had loads of compliments on my hair which I did my self. Just need to get some weight off x
