thanks shelbell, I know what you mean, after i'd lost my 6 stone on LL I was going to step or bums legs and tums 4 times a week and if there was no class on then I went to the gym, I felt fantastic and walked or cycled the 2 miles to and from work on the other days,it became a bit of an obsession for a while
Then I let it all slide the healthy eating , the exercise and although like I said Ive never been back to quite where I was I was a good 3 1/2 to 4 stone over my goal.
I want to do it properly this time, I go hillwalking a lot and when I was sole sourcing in sept I went on an 11 mile hill walk and was really ill, fainting, sick, and dizzy, I was resuscitated with a snickers bar and a corned beef and pickle sarnie and still stayed in ketosis.
I'm reluctant to not go hill walking but talked to my CDC who suggested I get out of ketosis a couple of days before but I find it so hard to get back on.
I'll chat to the other SS about what they do I think and take your advice and go once this week to a class then twice for the next 2-3 weeks. it will be the end of jan then and I'll be dead motivated for my valentines goal/ I'm not far off my 10th jan goal
its really hard to keep it up isn't it
