Missed my wi this week. No point doing it on my scales at home cos they show different numbers.
So hope for a good loss next week as will be a two week gap.

Stayed the same this week. I haven't done anything "wrong" so I'm not unhappy. I've either regained some of the water I lost last week (TOTM stuff) or my body is adjusting to the loss/diet. Or a mixture of both.
