Thought I'd stop by coz I'm veggie too and it's always nice to see fellow veggie diaries Looks liek you're doing well. I agree with icklerockchick in that you do need to use more syns. Takes a while, but you'll get your head round it.

Sadly not getting as much fruit and veg in as I would like as until I get over my injury and back to work funds don't allow for much fresh produce so my meals rely more on cheap carbs! :-( still losing weight so can't complain even if it's a little slow! Also bring do inactive isn't helping but trying to ease myself back into it as much as my ankle will allow! Miss doing several hours of sport every week but baby steps not as much to lose this time so its ok if it takes a while! X
Got weighed this morning at same time as last week and on my first week I have lost 5 lb - i'm so happy as I haven't eaten so healthy in ages and im now under 200.
Wednesday Week 2
B Fruit cocktail - Strawberries, banana & 2 apples all chopped up with big dollop of 0% Greek of the top - LOVE IT.
L Quiche (made two last night) with loads of salad. Milk HEA
D Roasted peppers stuffed with cous cous & topped with melted RF mozzerella HEB and side portion of veggies.
This is interesting, cos I thought about sw loads of times but didn't think it would suit veggies. But looking at your diet, I don't understand how sw works, as in green days ect... Is it just calorie reduction? Can you eat quorn with green days?

I am also veggie and have not reduced my calorie intake but am still losing weight. Pasta, rice, some quorn products, lentils, veg, fruit, beans, grains etc are all free foods so can eat as many of these as you want so it's great for vegetarians! Don't really understand how since all other diets restrict them do much but I have huge portions of these and everything else in moderation and still lose weight! Guess you are filling up on all the right foods x
