I haven't posted for a while but just wanted to say I did eventually lose the final pound. Yay! It feels amazing to be at target.

Hey you still at it? I found i was pregnant end if jan , was wondering why i was so hungry! So i have put on two of the three stones i lost ha ha! Well i will be back before christmas i know it worked once x

Hey. Congrats! That's great news. When are you due? You must be so excited! I'm not dieting anymore. I started to suffer hair loss and chest pains after I hit my target. I had to admit to myself that I clearly wasn't eating enough. I do keep an eye on the scales though just to make sure it doesn't creep back up again.
