Ha ha loving the carb cycling lost lb last week abd half so far this week and am very pleased with that as nothing was happening with the low carb high fat. ! Feel much thinner too xx my dreams are from l carnitine!!!

Sammy it's low carb one day high carb the next with either one cheat meal per day on high carb or a full cheat day. It's great for if you exercise a lot cos you can do high carb on days you exercise and low for not instead of every other day
