Still snotty and giddy but feel better than yesterday. I had a very odd down day yesterday. Basically used all my calories on milk for tea, a mince pie and and egg on toast. Did the trick though because today's scales said..

Day 9 - after second down day - 10st 4.5lb (-2lb)
Day 10 - after up day - 10st 7.25lb (+0.75lb)
Day 11-15 mini holiday
Day 16 - after double down day - 10st 6.75lb (+0.25lb)
Day 17 - after up day - 10st 6.5lb (STS)
Day 18 - after first down day - 10st 4.5lb (-2lb)
Day 19 - after double down day - 10st 3.5lb (-3lb)
Day 20 - after first up day - 10st 3.5lb (-3lb)

That is me back at my lowest ever adult weight. Can't believe it. It just goes to show that a combo of JUDDD and blowing your nose constantly for 4 days means you can hit target weight whilst still eating mince pies and cheese. Who knew?
Anyway, was due to have another DD today but, due to an extra social event this week, it will now be an UD with Tuesday/Wednesday being a DDD instead.
