Next stop Peterborough, here I will be stopping by the passport office to collect my passport for the next leg after London. It's 3.5 miles and I want to be there by next weekend at latest to make my appointment. Wish me luck x

I need to start doing more miles in a sitting but that's 48miles more exercise that I wouldn't of done so it has to be a plus

willfitskinnyjeans Gold Member 18 January 2015 #60 Rest day today but I have been up walking in Boston. And I may just set off for a few miles tonight but I will see. I've done 48 miles this week I have eaten sw as normal I haven't changed anything other than rowing. Last 2 weeks on sw with no rowing or other activity I lost 2.5lb each week. Let's see what if at all this rowing has done on the scales
