I am on day 5 of Target Slim and want some feedback please. I have checked the specific target slim thread already. But nobody on there seems to have eaten vegetables while doing it.
I'm worried though I may be doing a few things wrong. Like it says I can have 100g of fruit a day until I get under 100kg and I've been having a banana.
Also I've been doing stir frys and salads with the veg allowance (2 cups a day of certain ones) and using a bit of garlic and soy sauce or balsamic vinegarette. I wonder will that stop me going into ketosis does anyone know?
I am having 3 shakes a day and 3 litres of water.
