Ahh ladies I have had such a horrendus day from start to finish. Woke up a bit groggy and work related issues has made things 100 times worse. Obviously can't go into detail about children etc but basically spent a lot of my time outside without a coat on freezing to death in the snow and a short sleeved dress.

Now I feel AWFUL! I rarely get ill but feeling so low! My head aches at the front and splitting headache at the back and earache. Face is burning but my body cold and shivery! Have no energy either :( Feeling really sorry for myself!

So far today I have had a bar and water. Going to have a semi working solution day. Now I am eating chicken and brocolli -I refuse to break the diet or have any carbs- I can't be ill! My chicken is burnt too grrr!

Going to struggle having another 2 products so might just have one as don't really want extra calories- the thought of having 1000 scares me!
If I have two replacements thats about 400 cals and chicken and brocolli must be around 170??

Booo :( Im annoyed as weighted myself and I'm my morning weight so may have lost 1lb. Thats making me even more determined not to over consume!

Really sorry to hear you are feeling so awful and I hope you feel better soon. Standing about in the snow with no coat sounds terrible. I hope you have not got a cold with getting so chilled. Sending you a heat hug. :D

Thanks guys I just feel so awful. I was only thinking yesterday I hope I don't get ill because I don't want anything to jepodize this diet! Low and behold..what happens!! :(

Well after a 7:30 bedtime, I woke up feeling so much better! Still achey but didn't have the whole hot and cold thing. I thought I was going to be bedridden for a few days. Never have felt that bad before!

So yesterday:

Food: 1/2 a bar 7:30 other 1/2 12:30. Chicken breast and broccolli dinner 5pm.
Water: roughly 3 1/4 litres.
Went to the toilet :p
No exercise :S

Was a bit worried last night- I weighed myself before I went to bed and went up to 13.11!!! Luckily went back down this morning!! Strange how nightime weight can be so different!!

Night time weighing should be a bit more because as you drink all day you will retain water which is heavy.

Yeah it was just weird because I weighed at 5pm then didn't drink any extra water but had that chicken breast then by 7:30 went up 6lb! I shouldnt have weighed really but because I felt so frail I felt like I'd lost a several pounds from illness :p haha wishful thinking :D
 
Really pleased you're feeling better hun! Well done for doing so brilliant while being poorly you are doing fantastic and them 12s are screaming your name now :D Strangely, i havnt exercised for easily a week.. and iv had a huge whooosh :rolleyes: I just cant figure my body out! xx
 
That 6lbs must be false weight unless it was a very ,very big chicken!!!! :D

Your glycogen stores probably filled up, then depleted again without the food, like the water weight we lose on the first week of the diet.

Bodies are so facinating! and confusing :rolleyes:

Definitely not real weight gain anyway you know that :D You would need to consume 3,500 calories to gain 1lb of fat or something like that xx
 
Haha!! I wished it was a big chicken! I know perhaps it was a false reading! I was too scared to weigh again to double check! Can honestly say I've never lost 6lb in a day :p Haha!

Thinking it is going to be another 3lb week this week. Hoping I lose 1lb over night though as I feel I've been round here since the weekend. It's funny though ED- at the weekend I did no exercise and lost 2lb then when I started exercing again in the week it stalled. I only lost 1lb yday because I had under 400cals. So going to give the exercise a rest and see if that makes a difference. The week I lost 5lb I also did no exercise because I was so busy with OFSTED preparing for lessons etc. (I think stress gave me a whooooosh! )

I'm so itching for those 12's but really need to stop daily weighing as its turning me into a maniac. I'd be thrilled with a 3lb loss normally but because I know I lost most of that at the weekend, its driven me crazy having stalled. I dont count all the 1/4's 1/2s and that either- perhaps I should.

It will be really interesting to see your results with less exercise! Crazy isnt it. You'll be in the 12s in no time!! xx
 
Week 6 Weigh In Tomorrow! Eek!

Todays Plan:


Eaten: 1 nut and raisin bar 7:30am, 2 x porridge 12:30pm and 5:30pm.

Water: 3 litres

Toilet again today!! Everyday so far this week- seems unusual for a VLCD! Haven't been taking husks either!

No exercise. Not really sure on what to do for this one :S The hooping was deffo helping inch loss but perhaps not pound loss!

Fingers crossed for a good weight loss :) Heres to Week 7! :D

A 3lb lost this week :D

I am happy with that, still on track for the weekly goals I have set myself as its based on losing 3lb a week. So in 2 weeks thats a loss of 6lb so 8lb to lose1 stone per month- which I hope it averages out to.

Decided I'm going back to weekly weighing- as they say 'a watched pot never boils' and its made me really impatient and a little unsatisfied with my loss knowing I stalled for nearly 5 days! Obviously 3lb is a great loss an could've taken me 3 weeks on WW! I seemed to whizz through the 14's but this little bit of the 13's is being really stubborn!

Skins looking a little better too! :)

Half term next week yay! Just got to get through 1 day of work and a valentines film night tonight run by the PTA.

Here's to a fantabulous TS day!! :D :D
 
Wish I could weekly weigh but I can't.... Lol
