Well 1lb more for 2 stone loss and another 3lb loss for being in the 12's which means another 3lb on top of the 3lb I've lost so far since Fridays WI. So I think the 12s celebration will be the week after! Unless a miracle happens! :p

Wow that is some difference! I've got such small boobs I'm afraid might not even be an A if I was 8 stone! I'd just have t wear crop tops :p

Miracles do happen. Got my fingers crossed for you.

Cheers Mere- with this diet you can expect anything I suppose!!

I was going to have a AAM week this week but I have my OH's bday meal. I

've looked at the menu of different pubs and restaurants and the best thing I could find was half a roast chicken, chips and salad meal so were going to go there. I'm going have the chicken and salad whilst OH is only too delighted to have extra chips and most probs some of my chicken as there is no way I can eat a half plus no skin!! The only thing I'm worried about is how 1/2 a chicken will be served!! I don't want to look greedy with half a bird on a plate or will they try and make it look a bit nicer?? Somehow?!

Or the other options- ham, egg no chips but salad??

Steak with salad- without chips

Root vegetable pie- without potatoes

I never thought I'd choose any of those options before - I must admit I love fancy food but out of everything these are the easiest ones to adjust!

What do you guys think is best?

xx

No one was more shocked than me Minnie
I always thought I had small boobs too
The lass (in Debenhams) didn't even get a tape measure out. She just did it by looking at me, in my old tatty bra
I think Bravissimo also does a measuring service... I'm sure I read a few people on here have been there :)
I cant wait to get to goal and get done again, it really does make such a difference to your shape :D

Im not sure the root veg pie thing would be a good choice, as root veg is normally higher carbs than green leafy veg.

The steak with salad, or chicken with salad both sound ideal choices.
Even the ham and eggs sounds ok, but is that fried ?... so maybe not
Maybe ask them how the half chicken is served before you decide.... but to be honest, whatever way it is served, there is a very good chance you wont be able to eat it all !!

Enjoy Minnie :D

If it was me I'd go for the chicken and salad, steak just isn't right without chips! And ham would be good, but as marge says the egg might be friend.

Hope you have a good time whatever you decide to have :) xx

Yeah I thought that about the pie- and wasn't sure about the gravy either.

Soup is a tricky one- it depends on what veg it is and whether it has cream in it.

I could have the ham without egg and your right about the chicken- googled some pictures and half a chicken is huge! Our appetites will be so small after all this! I'm going to have to buy some smaller plates :)

Why not wait until you get there then decide which of the meals takes your fancy. I have occasionally gone for the starter instead of the main but asked them to double it up. Sometimes the starters are a better choice.

I went to Bravissimo for a bra fitting and the girl there just looked and came back with about 4 different bras which all fitted. :D
I looked much slimmer because you could see my midrift instead of the boobs hitting the waist!
I once went to a local shop for a fitting and decided to keep the new bra on. I was about to ask the woman to just wrap my old bra. I got as far as saying would you mind
The woman anticipated what she thought I was going to say and promptly dropped my bra in the waste paper basket! She then said the only thing that was good for was keeping your nipples warm!!!

Hi Ali
The above story is 100% true and I chuckled all the way home. She was such a snooty ***** too!

Haha Mere that is so funny!!

Yeah your right about the starters- they do a specials board too so might be able to get something from that. xx

Hahaha Mere, thats excellent !!
Just after I got measured, and had bought new bra's there was a breast cancer campaign thing, where you put old bras in a collection bin, which I did :)

Another sunny day of half term!

Got up this morning and have been very good by doing some assessments of the children and have done 4 loads of washing. Still in my pjs, going to have a shower in a bit then put on my face for the day. There is a time where it gets too late to change into clothes but I'm staying over my mums for the night which will be nice :) She's feeling a bit low at the moment worrying about my sister, who is 18. My sister is 5ft7 and weight 8.5 but she still wants to lose more weight. All she eats is blueberries and nuts or mango and nuts and its becoming worrying. For her height, I think she is already below weight according to her BMI. :(

Its difficult- obviously she sees myself and my mum and probably thinks she has to be careful or she will end up like us- who are both overweight. I also don't want her to think I'm being jealous and critising her. It's just when I think 8.5 is what I should be ideally for my height- and shes 6inces taller than me and she wants to be less than that.

I'm looking forward to spending the night at home for a bit though. I'm taking my mum shopping Wednesday and havegot to get the OH a 32nd b-day pressie!

Hope your all enjoying the sunshine,

xx

Your sister's obsessive dieting is worrying but usually there is a good reason behind it. Maybe she would talk to you about what is worrying her. Good luck.

Thanks Mere :)

She is the complete opposite to me- she's such a closed book- never tells us anything! I think she's just so determined not to be overweight but has got obsessive. I'm hoping to get her on her own to have a little sisterly chat and subtley drop in that she looks fine and now needs to start having proper, nutritious meals.
