Has anybody ever had colonic hydrotherapy? Im booked in for the day before my birthday to help me feel more "light" he he and was basically wondering if anybody has any info to share with me? Is it painful? embarrasing? Did you feel better afterwards and would you do it again? Any information would be great!!!

Gillian McKeith recommends them but I don't agree with her drastic outlook. The human body is very clever and doesn't need intervention like this imo.

Ive read a few reviews and theres meant to be great benifits! Good to kick your metabolism up to scratch, general feeling of lightness, good for skin tone, and good for the digestive system! I think I will enquire at the doctors! Who knows best than him
