You are doing great, and if you read around peoples weight losses vary a lot on Juddd and it is best to look at the big picture and make sure you have a nice downward trend whcih you do keep up the good work

Tried something different today. Didn't eat anything until 8pm, when I had 500 calories worth of spagetti bolognese. It felt nice having a proper meal rather than crispbreads etc. I've found that I'm managing hunger during the day quite well - don't even get hungry until about 4 or 5pm.
