Unfortunately I have very few photos to choose from that are recent (I learned a long time ago to veer AWAY from cameras lol) but I found a couple from my sisters hen night 2 weeks ago where you can kinda see I've lost weight in the face.

I'm a bit red-faced in the first one there because I had a few too many cocktails... (see second pic where I'm making said cocktails...)

I hear so much from people that I don't look any different than ever so it's nice to know that there _is_ a change there.

I know - I feel real bad when people say I don't look like I've lost weight. I think it's just because I did it over a long period of time rather than a massive weight difference in a couple months!

I love changing sizes. I was a size 16 originally (that pretended to be a 14 lol). Size 12 is much too big in River Island & New Look now (still a 12 in some other shops & still usually a 12 in the upper body - stupid broad shoulders & jelly belly). Tried on the 10s & they fit (didn't buy any because I didn't like them on me but at least they fit lol)!!

You look totally different! I'd carry copies of the pics with me, and next time someone says that, whip out the photos and say 'Do you think so... I was looking at these the other day with some friends and they couldn't believe how different I looked since I lost nearly 50lbs!' (Maybe with a very *slight* emphasis on 'friends'!)

Seriously though I'm amazed that someone could say they can't see the difference, but I suppose what you say about the time-scale makes sense.

I've just gone through this thread again for some inspiration. What always amazes me about before and after photos is how different the person looks! I mean, often you really wouldn't know it was the same person. Well done to everyone.
