Well based in what I weighed last week at home I've gone to a new class and lost 1lb on new scales so I'm pleased with that
I've taken a leaf out of Lucia's book and gone to ww I hope you all let me carry on with the challenge too I decided I couldn't keep failing to to do a sw day and with my tummy the way it is I need to have some flexibility and grab a sarnie if I need to or something premade and personally I find that hard to count into syns on sw. When I'm feeling better I may go back to good old sw but at present it makes me feel negative when I go over syns or eat off plan. I'm really hoping this challenge gets me back on track
OMG but that will be sore later on as I find it gets worse for a day or so before you start to feel better. Might I suggest not coughingGood luck to any of the Tuesday weighers.
I'm just back from a legs bums and tums class and worked really hard. Those stomach crunches are killers and it hurts to cough now!!!!

Well girilies im pleased to say i have lost 3.5lbs this week. Really delighted as i though i would sts or have 1lb loss cause i started working out again so im really thrilled with 3.5lbs. Sets a good pace for my 30lbs target!
