I'm getting married in 7weeks exactly on thurs! I can't believe it as we have been planning it for a year and it has come around so quick! It's prob been the quickest year of my life! Iv lost well over a stone now! I went for a fitting on Friday and had my dress taken in 2inches from my bust, 1inch from my waist and 4inches off my hips! It was amazing to see how far I'd come because I never saw the changes myself until she started nipping and tucking it felt fantastic
How's your planning going? Enjoy every minute of it as it really is such a special time in your life and don't get stressed because everything works out in the end

My planning is going well. I have my first dress fitting in September. We have 260 ppl on our list so it's gonna b a big wedding but we will be having everyone we love there with us so I don't mind at all.

Just back from a 3k run!Iv been struggling to go to the loo the last few days and I find going for a little run and a coffee after helps and it defo helped today so hurray for that!!! Just have the dins on now so itl be ready for when I get home from wi

Yea it honestly helps!
Sts this week I honesty think its because I have 19weeklies left but I couldn't eat them and I didn't see the point in eating them for the sake of it but I wish I did now! Oh well there's always next week. Iv a wedding to go to in Saturday so il defo be using all my weeklies then

Yeah both my fiancé and I hav huge families. Also it's a traditional Irish wedding and they tend to b big but we r over the shock of it now

Sorry to hear about your STS.
It's always disappointing getting a result different to what you were hoping for.
You definitely need to use all your weeklies.
If you can't see any way of getting rid of them without eating them for the sake of it when you're about 2-3 days away from WI, then try substituting your foods for slightly higher pointed food.
Put a little extra sauce on - just a couple of extra grams use up another point.
Use full fat items instead of light.
Have white instead of wholemeal.
Have a KFC haha.

I have no problems in finding extra points to eat haha.

Hahahaha il be at the wedding on sat so il use them all then but il defo be tweaking it the following week with little things like you said more sauces etc and I'm likin the sound of the KFC lol
No body stayed for the meeting so I felt like I got no benefit outa my €10 today
