Wedding Dress I ABSOLUTELY have to fit into!!!!!! Here's my journey there :)

Thanks b-delicious :) I am just glad I have made it this far day 9! I enjoyed a lush meal of caramelized onion burger and salad last night, and made it a ws day. As I have decided to have one ws day a week, so that I still remember the taste of food! I was surprised when I weighed myself this morning ( as I was expecting a gain after eating) to see a 1lb loss since yesterday :) This has left me feeling very motivated, and I am not finding the diet hard anymore, hunger is not a thing I feel often. Here's to day 15 and I would like to be in the 12's please.
 
Day ten is here and I have had a very active day in the sun :) However I am hungry today and keep thinking about takeaway not carbs just meat, argh it's hard. But no I'm not going to, plus I'm skint! Here's to day 11 :) I'm at a spa tomorrow so looking forward to that and I don't want to look bloated in my costume. I have noticed the lbs dropping quicker since I have upped my water intake, lost an extra 2lb since Thursday which is motivation itself. I may take a sneaky peek at my wedding dress as well remind me why I am partly doing this.
 
You're doing really well :) I get married beginning of november and really want people to notice weight loss! My dress is being altered 6 weeks before so will then have to maintain till wedding. I just keep looking at pic of dress and reminding myself why I'm doing this, just wish I'd started earlier!
 
Aw u will lose lots before then :) Good luck with your journey wide bride you have lost lots already :) I haven't organised a fitting yet but I am thinking maybe the week before so I can lose as much weight as poss! Day 12 for me today had such a busy day yesterday in Birmingham, and managed to stay under 800 cals despite eating out ( yummy salad n omelette of which I didn't eat all of it). Still going even turned down free chocolate samples from hotel chocalat! And homemade cupcakes! I keep thinking of my goal and i need to be healthy again, sick of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. I will not be a fat bride, here come my size 12, s :) Have a great day everyone Xx

Had a blip and eaten like 2 burgers and nuts! Urgh I am so annoyed at myself. :(
 
In the grand scheme of things that's not so bad though, it could have been loads of cake and biscuits! Keep positive :) x
 
Thanks I guess so, I just hope I still have a good loss on Thursday :) two days of ts until then at least! On the other hand I have woke up not hungry and still with the metal taste so hopefully not been knocked out of ketosis regardless of how many nuts I ate. I think my carbs was still low enough. Day 13 is here woop! Can't believe it busy day today gonna do aqua aerobics lunchtime for the extra calories yesterday. Then take my little one swimming, glad my partner Is off these next few days. He is a great support :) Have a lovely day everyone.
 
So was a 100% yesterday and today all day, however out for the evening for our anniversary so going to allow myself to eat a nice meal and back on it tomorrow. Hopefully in the grand scheme of things it wont affect my loss this week. Have lost 2lb since the last weigh in 9 in total and I will weigh again Tuesday early to see how my loss is going. Hope everyone is having a good week Xx

Thanks day 15 is over nearly thank God! I am totally 100% now i need to get this weight off and fast otherwise my wedding dress is not going to fit!!! I really hope my small blip is going to boost my metabolism to have a fantastic loss next week! However i cannot weigh next thurs coz im off to the mother in laws for the week! So i will weigh early on tues and then when i come back do my normal weigh in on the 6th sep! Gosh i am hoping for that stone by then! Thanks for the support people, i think i need it! It was so hard getting back on track today, and i cant afford any more blips now. Anyhow i have been enjoying my hubby to be's company past few days and now hes back to work tomorrow until tuesday, so its back to little one and me. Park days and swimming i think, with some gym thrown in somewhere. Enjoy your weekend people, stay strong WE CAN DO THIS! :)
 
So after my blip I'm well and truly back into the swing of things. It's not been easy but I knew it wudnt, I really need to lose 2 stone now for the wedding 8 weeks to go can I do it in that time frame? Xx
 
urgh the end of the day and i have been craving sweet stuff! So i sat down with a can of coke zero, feeling full up and kind of fizzy now :) Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day, gym early in the morn and then church so busy morning. Im hoping that i burn my carbs off quicker and end up in ketosis sooner than last time. However i have not eaten lots of carbs like before i first started. Day 17 was today and its nearly over YES! I will be 100% tomorrow, i ended up having a few nuts and a protein meal today. I think i needed the meal after my spin class this morning made me sooooo hungry and i felt quite sick afterwards, lesson learned. I will try lower impact exercises i think! I will not be able to weigh in this thursday as im in leeds so it will be 2 weeks time, i am hoping to have lost at least 5 ilbs and make it a total of one stone. Fingers crossed.. Well time for bed i think up at 6! Night people xx
 
Day nearly over YES! Been working solutions again today but im just easing myself back into total solutions after my little break. Had a lovely day today, went to henly and we feed the ducks :) It was another lush day weather wise, then i have just chilled this evening by myself fiance not back til 10pm. I find i struggle more on the days he is working late as i get all kinds of thoughts about eating, however i just had my tea and coke zero while watching bruce almighty LOL. Another day at home then off for the week, should be easier to stick to total solutions though as the in laws are already aware of my diet and not cooking for me. Also as we are staying in someones house there will be no temptation to eat food in the house. So cant wait to spend the week as a family, really miss my partner while i have been not studying these hols, there is only so many trips to the park with little one i can handle! Gym in the morning again, hopefully manage more this morning as today i only managed 25 mins i was shattered! Onwards and downwards...
 
So managed to make it a 100% yesterday :) finding things easier again. I am realising lots about my eating habits by cutting out food. It's helping me understand more about food being fuel and I need to put good fuel in for my body to work right. My skin is so good with all this water, and the energy I have while in ketosis is amazing. No carbs ever gave me that much. Although I do miss my spin classes and can't wait to get back into them once I have transferred over to low carb healthy lifestyle. I think I am going to do charity runs so I have to train and keep my exercise on form. I have already done a 5 mile run this year, next year the plan is to build up to half marathon :) I have realised skinny people do eat naughty things but in moderation. They make sure they eat healthy most of the time. So when I am finished I am going to be good 6 days a week, then have one day off. Hopefully that way I can keep the weight off and enjoy some of what I fancy. Anyway time to stop rambling and get on with my day. X
 
Another day finished :) think it's like day 20 now so weigh in tomorrow and I will prob sts. I am hoping too after my 3 good days :) I need to lose 5lbs this week to make the stone in 4 weeks, totally doable I reckon. I can't believe I Have made it this far tbh. I'm pleased that I have carried on this journey after 2 days off plan, it's a first for me on a diet! I'm so looking forward to my hen do in 3 weeks, I would like to be 12 stone by then. Fingers and toes crossed, Xx
 
Another new day :) it's going ok at the moment I am in ketosis and don't get hungry that often. I do find it harder at social events so I tend to have a handful of nuts or something else ketogenic. I am hoping for 5lb loss this week for my stone in 4 weeks plus I really wanna be in the 12's. I am also wondering if I drink diet coke ( as am out tonight) will it knock me out of ketosis and is wine ketosis friendly? I only want one but I don't want it to affect my weight loss xxx
 
Well another day done and a new day begun :) I stuck to it yesterday and actually it wasn't too difficult. I did have 2 small glasses of wine between waters and I feel fine this morning. Definitely still in ketosis as I have that horrid taste in my mouth. Looking forward to the day at a cricket gala today. My little one will love it bouncy castle and sponge bob is going to be there lol. There is a bbq I think but I am going to take my bar and hopefully stick to that. Neway have a great day people :)
