Woohooo it's s so very exciting! Definitely keeping me focused :) not sure i can brave a bikini every again perhaps a tankini with having a c section I don't think my tummy will ever go flat again but in not too fussed if I have a wee podgy bit :) xx
 
Ah I'm the same! I had a c-sec in the end and hate hate hate my tummy! Am wondering if I'll be happy with it even when I'm slim. :(

So second week lost 4lbs so that's 1 stone 12lbs loss in 5 weeks! I'm getting there feeling very good especially with the fact that my 18s are finally getting too big yey :) I'm hoping to be as close to 14 stone by the end of sept currently 14.10 I know it's abit optimistic but I like to aim high :)
 
Yay well done! I'm sure you will - it's 2 whole weeks - great mini goal xx

Thanks ladies :) what a productive day! Booked my casino tables and dj for the night do, have 2 photographers getting back to me and 2 room deco companies getting back to me with prices! So hopefully by the weekend we should only have the car to decide on then it's slim slim slim to get as much weight off as poss to get in my ideal wedding dress!!! Soooo excited!!

Diet wise today, well I've struggled to get all my packs down me I've only had 3 plus multivitamin but I dare say I will be up in a few hours with poppy has she's slept since 5pm so will have something then!

Love ketosis I have so much energy it's untrue I've decided this week to do 4 packs with no veg but still have the 150mils of skimmed milk but I'm aiming to start drinking my decaf black again! I do feel I would have better results and would stop fancying food even though I'm not hungry if I just completely take it out of the equation :)
 
Loads and loads if coffee is needed today can't believe Poppy has had me awake since 5am I feel like a zombie so sick of crap nights sleep it makes this friggin diet so much harder to do when your exhausted :-( fed up
 
Ah hang in there! My daughter started at 4am and although she fell back to sleep I was wide awake! Grr! I'm on auto pilot! It already feels like the afternoon and its not even 9am! Lol.

Well I surprised myself today I really that I may cave in just shows how determined I must be! I think I'd really struggle if I wasn't in ketosis don't think is be able to cope at all! Well the time is finally here for me to go to bed thankfully I soooo hope I sleep

Well I managed to get a good 6 hours sleep last night so I do feel better today! Only got 1 waxing client this morning then taking Poppy for her next lot if injections which I'm going to Hecate she completely screams the place down its awful so big cuddles on the sofa this aft me thinks :(
 
Aww are these the 16 week jabs?
Glad you got more sleep! It's amazing how 6 hours can make you feel superhuman whereas before children that would have felt horrible!

Well done for sticking to plan.

Awwww Poppy was so brave at her jabs yesterday didn't cry once :) the nurse thinks she's teething as you can see two little white teeth in her bottom gums plus they feel a little harder than the rest!!! Eeeek where does the time go!!! She'll be walking and talking before we know it!!!

So diet wise well as you all know I had felt rather low a few days back but feel loads better today and yesterday so onwards & downwards (on these bloody scales) lol!

Roll on wi on Monday :)
 
So today is day 19 so chuffed I haven't cheated abs been in ketosis all this time! I know Ive lost this week I've charity bagged all my 18s and bought a few size 16 bits to tie me over till my pre-pregnancy 16s fit!

I'm so happy that I haven't crumbled I'm hoping to go till 9th November then it's my birthday and hen party weekend away so I am having a planned weekend off then back on it till Xmas! I never have a problem getting back on plan it's staying on plan that I normal lee struggling with and so far in proving that, that is no longer the case!
Just bought a pair of new ww weighing scales has I've cracked the screen on mine and can't see the weight so I'm going to weigh myself in abit but not record it as Monday is my wi!

Today's packs goes like this:
Porridge
Half atkins bar whilst out & about
Chicken salad (no sauce)
Hot choc shake

Hope everyone is having a good day I find weekend the hardest but this weekend I'm busy so it isn't as bad :)
 
So now that I'm totally I'm the zone whether I have sleepless nights or not!!! I have decided to set a few mini goals I will add these to a signature once I get my laptop sorted:

By the end of September be weighing around 14 stone or less
By the end of October be around 13stone or less
By 9th November to be weighing around 12.7!
Be in my pre-pregnancy clothes by end of November!

:) wish me luck eeeeek!!!

Yeah very true need goals to keep me motivated :) one of my friends gets wed 28th December so her bridesmaids have organised a weekend in a posh cottage in the Lake District, got tub with nacked butler service on the Friday eve with drinks and games, treasure hunt and pub crawl Saturday day, then a meal and party your vid around the lakes then a nightclub to finish, Sunday is chill out DVD and munchies day in our pjs with a team if beauticians to do pedicures, massages etc! Really looking forward to it :) not sure what I want to do for my hen do yet can't decide! What did you do for yours? Xx
 
Well it's been almost 3 weeks on plan without a single blip off to another wedding fair today so I have a bar chipped up into tiny pieces to munch away on! Weigh In tomorrow! Need to up my water intake again keep getting achy legs at night!!!
