Wednesday Weigh In anyone?

i am hoping for a loss, resisted the urge to jump on scales so far although i have used all my weeklies and the full 29 points each day

got to go to class tomorrow to pick up my prize as i won the easter draw, my other half reckons the prize will be a lettuce :8855:
 
I've not weighed the last 2 days- I'm hoping to lose tge 2lbs I put on last week- either way I'm there at class with bells on lol

i ordered 2 x size 12 dresses last night for my hols, i think i was feeling a bit too optimistic (i'm currently a size 16 lol)!!

good morning

are we all raring to go and jump on the scales today?!

i did zumba at 10pm last night, it wasn't a last minute attempt to lose weight, it was the fact that when i came home on monday my 40" tv had conked out so i have my bedroom tv in the living room and i like to watch tv before dropping off to sleep but couldn't as the tv is downstairs so i tried to wear myself out instead. it worked and i went straight to sleep the moment i got in bed which is unusual for me.

hope that makes sense, it did to me!

good luck for the wednesday weighers, keep us informed, my weigh in isn't until 6.30pm so i'll be mainly eating dust today :giggle: xx
 
Smirnoff - eating dust, I like it!

Mines at 5:30, expecting a gain as was away for 3nights last week with oh and kids so diet ran away with itself, but am back on track and hoping for good loss next week.

am now officially annoyed. 2.5lb ish gain.
I earned 28 activity points doing an epic load of garden work over the holiday weekend.
Have 4 of those left and didn't touch weeklies so I should have lost...uggh
 
Like the new pic smirnoff.... Love the dust diet! I just eat normally I'm afraid lol would die at work otherwise.... Love zumba - I couldn't be bothered yest but need to get into it

yeah always been a loss or a sts, sts often happens for no reason at all too. if its no better next week might switch to something else like slim fast for a week or two to shake it up a bit then back on pp. gah.

Gll stick with it. Is totm due? Im sure if you stick to plan this week you will have a loss on the scales next Wed.
