Down 1lb! Thought it would be more, but its 2 weeks, 2 loses. Hopefully it will continue!
Had some popcorn last night to celebrate though so used a few of my weeklies!!!
Will have to run extra far tonight :(

Better late than never

I weigh on Wednesday mornings at home and it was 1.5lbs this week. I will try to get on here sooner but I don't have time until I get to the weekends. Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I'm home alone (DH is out and my son's in bed) and I fancied something sweet. After much thought I opted for fruit as I'm aiming to eat more fruit this week as I have been tending to only eat bananas occasionally. I'm feeling good for not going down the bad route which I would've done a month ago.

My app dropped me to 26 points which I managed for 3 days but not easy so altered it back to 29 now lol x

How did u alter it? Mine dropped yesterday, I'm not too sure what to do about it whether to give 26 a go or not. From all the info I've read and emails recieved It seems WW are really trying to push simply filling Id've joined slimming world if I'd wanted to do something like that. :(

I had to alter it on my laptop, logged into ww website and a box popped up about the plan manager and altered it. I could have stuck with 26 again today but all my weeklies would have gone lol. Will aim for 26 each day but know I have 3 spare if I need them x

Hey guys, down 1.5lbs for this week. I'm so happy, it means that I've lost over 3 stone :D :bliss:
 
I certainly do. I bought 2 size 12 dresses yesterday. My wardrobe has gone way too big for me. :D

Hope everyone is optimistic for tomorrow. I've found a Bikram Yoga class nearby and giving it a try on thurs morn. Not sure if I'll be any good at it. Has anyone else tried it?
 
I do Wed morning wi - not doing too bad at the moment....waiting to see what the changes are.
 
Good luck all for tomorrow. I was feeling quite optimistic until tonight, think totm is imminent and tummy really massive so a sts will be a result now x
