I did last weekend - lately I dont feel like going out because I dont like how I look... but i had two ciders and a shot and mixer... I also had a meal out... I think pro points is fab for having a social life! xx

I don't get to go out much either but I don't mind as same here haven't liked the way I look. And partly I'm a mom of twin boys who will be 4 next month and we moved away up the country from all our friends and family. But it doesn't stop me from opening bottle of wine on weekends. I've been using weekly points for it. X

I'm having a coil fitted at the start of June and dreading it I'm having an iud so no hormones and therefore no added weight but worse periods so Dr is giving me tabs to help! However with ius coil periods are much better apparently! Have u considered it?

I'm not really sure what options are. I don't want to gain whatever they do. From what I have read, the mini pill may seem suitable for me but IDK what weightloss may be effected. Besides totm, I get pain about ovulation and bloated too, sometimes the ovulation pain is more than totm, but only lasts less than a day.
The reg pills I've tried just make me have full periods every 2 weeks.
Smear is booked for end of May, its only about 8 years overdue lol. I'm guessing nothing will be done really till thats done and clear.

Don't wanna be a kill joy but I had a horrible experience with the coil, it moved and I ended up I'n excruciating pain being taken from work by ambulance to hosp, app it had quite literally dropped out and was hanging out my cervix, very very painful I never had it put back after that x x

I have the implant! I personally have had two and as soon as they went in I never had a period .... But unfortunately that doesn't work for everyone xx

Sorry to butt in lol - if it helps I have had implant for 4 years now - on my second one after trying every pill out there and it's the best thing I ever did. All my family had coils and all of them fell out as well - so I never even tried it. I had no issues with weight due to the implant - all my weight has gone on in the last 6 months so can't be related. Good luck with whatever you do try though.

Yes I've heard some good things about the implant, I've also had the depo injection omg I bled for 3 months straight it was vile never again .

I throw weight on with anything hormone based. I had the mini pill and didnt have a break from my period for nearly 2 months. Think IUD is my only option- I have a severe latex allergy
Everyones bodies are different and certain things suit certain people. I just hope that my coil doesnt fall out!!!!!!!
