One on this week, putting me at 10st 1lb, which is 2 under tArget. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this as had long weekend away and also last week was half term with the kids (allways find it hard to follow when the kids off as we allways do lots of trips out, cinema etc.

I weigh in at 7 o'clock getting nervous now after our holiday last week! I weighed at home when we got back Saturday and was 2.5lb lighter so will see tonight if the holiday has caught up on me! I hope not!
