Thanks you! Yep, feels great! My first week (last week), I had 6 lbs off so I'm thrilled that with tonights loss, I'm 9 down in total!
In general I'm finding it really good, tbh! SO comforting that you are always able to pick at something that has very little or no syns! Loving it so far -fingers crossed! xxx
