I've had to drink:-

1x green tea
2x pints of water
2x tea's
4x pints of squash
1x can pepsi max.


There is no way I can be retaining anything. Lol!

I've had

1 instant coffee
2 strong mugs from coffee maker- which equals 4 cups according to the setting on the machine
1.75 litres of squash
glass of coke zero.

I am peeing every 10 mins!

WI is in an hour and I feel like a balloon today, feel bloated and sluggish the whole day.
