Wednesday Weighers

I ended up going out today and I had a few drinks. Then we went for dinner which consisted of chips with curry & cheese. I also had a big burger. I don't even want to think about the amount of syns I've had today.

So much for getting my 5st award next week. If I gain I only have myself to blame.

If it's any consolation, it sounds yummy and I bet it tasted great.

Hey all! I'm new to this :)
Started Slimming World 13th August, lost 7lbs on the 20th August and then 1.5lbs on the 27th August. Fingers crossed I loose this week! x
 
This morning I had a tooth extracted and some other work done. I'm not supposed to eat anything solid for at least 24 hours, so I had yoghurt for lunch and veg soup for tea. Everything's a bit sore so I don't feel like much else, which is something I suppose. For breakfast I thought I'd mush up a banana thoroughly with yoghurt (ignoring the synning-mashed-fruit rule for once!), and soup again for lunch. In theory this should be good for weight loss, but last time I had to limit food drastically for medical reasons I didn't lose at all.

On the plus side, though, for the first time in weeks I am in NO PAIN!

Im liking the NO PAIN - boo to the no solid food :-( I hope in a good way it helps your losses this week hun. Hope you feel better tomorrow x
 
I got over my dreadful Saturday. Was back on track Sunday and today so hoping for a loss (fingers crossed!)

Yay to the no pain thing.

I don't know what's wrong with me at the moment. Feel down and can't snap out of it. Feel like I've got such a long way to go!
 
I chose a funny week to start really. Joined weds.. Works night out Thursday (food & drink).. Weekend away fri/sat (caravan, no cooking facilities so all eating out).. birthday tea party Sunday.. More birthday celebrations yesterday (drink)..

Have done okay (only okay), made LOADS better choices than I would normally do in those situations but def gone over my syns. Last few weeks I've been really terrible so hoping I've done enough for a small loss. (Won't complain if I haven't though).

Just didn't want to keep putting it off!!

Good luck for your first WI, at least in joining it made you think about your choices etc x
