Hey guys how's everyone doing this week? I'm really not looking forward to tomorrow I started doing zumba a few weeks and and joined the gym I have been going religiously and been 100% on plan (the best I've ever been) I only lost a lb last week which really upset me it was my star week but after working so hard thought I would have lost a bit more and according to my scales at home I have gained a lb I'm trying not to be upset but don't want to fall off the wagon which I always seem to do when my losses slow down. Stick at it, exercise often slows your losses right down to begin with as your muscles retain water. Keep doing what you're doing and drink lots of water and it should balance out soon xx
