Started 3 weeks ago, first week lost 8lbs, this week lost 3lbs, also SOTW so have a rather large bowl of fruit now! 11lbs gone in 2 weeks, I absolutely love SW, it's the only plan where I've got results and I've enjoyed doing it.
I'm starting again today .
Just want to lose 7lbs - but easier said than done!
I am going to overhaul my eating and exercise habits as I'm feeling sluggish and frumpy!
