Morning all, lovely sunny gorgeous day, so NOT in the mood to be in the office and have started off rather poorly , but I will get my butt in gear now!

Green day today

B: French fancy (syns), skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
MM: Mullerlight, peach, banana, grapes

L: Risotto, salad
MA: carrots, celery, grapes

D: Hamburger on the grill, HE B, sweet potato wedges, salad 2 syns for dressing

E: Rest day today
W: 3 litres

As usual I'm on green

Brekkie was 2 slices of galia melon

Mid morning snack was a banana

Lunch was some curried couscous with peas, onion and quorn sausages

Will have some more melon after the school run

Tea is planned to be an indiian but if I haven't put as much as I am dreading on at WI tonight I might be good and forget about the indian and have jkt pot and beans for tea.

Ok just read that back and that would mean I've not had any healthy extra a's or b's......does that matter
