Hi all! I realise that as time progresses, weight losses will slow down. Could you tell me please, what was your week 2 loss? Am I being over ambitious with my goal of 6lb in week 2?
In a word - yes Week 2 is notorious for being a bad week on diets Once youve had the big week one loss after that youre looking at a steady stone a month so around 3.5lbs average a week
It also depends on how much you have to lose! i started at 21.1st lost 15 in week 1, 6 in week 2 and 3 in week 3! But yeah the losses are on average alb a week which is still great! good luck x x

Thank you, you too. Even if you don't get the loss you're hoping for in week 2, rest assured it will come off! One thing about this diet is you feel like you deprive yourself of so much, that you deserve a really big loss! So it's demotivating if it's only a pound or two, and that makes lots of people quit early on I think. Stick with it and you will do it. Good luck!
