Week 2 weigh in

After a brilliant start last week I've lost just 4 lbs.
Dont get me wrong, I'm happy with that, I've lost a stone in 2 weeks!
But with so much to lose I thought I would have lost more this week.

I think it may be because I've had bars this week and feel rather bloated today.
Going to cut out the bars and see what happens next weigh in.

Here we go with week 3 :D
 
Don't make any rash decisions re the bars etc week 2 for whatever reason is known to be a slow loss

I'm sure there's something a little more scientific to it but basically it's something to do with the big loss the week before n your body being like 'WTF' n trying to hold on to everything so I'd just carry on as you have been n next week youl prob have another Good loss

Personally o think 4lb in week 2 is good j usually get like 2 lb :) even at my heaviest nearing 20 stone

So well done hun I'm back on the wagon from tomorrow :-0
 
Thanks Shell, maybe I will have the bars still and see what happens then, if I still get a low-ish loss next week then I'll not have them.

Congrats - 4 lbs is a great loss in week 2 - be proud of it. Seriously, I'm weighing in tomorrow, if I get 4 I'd be screaming with delight ( I'm hoping for 3).
 
You doing brilliant my lovely 4lbs is fab :D if I lost 4 in my second week I'd be chuffed :) xx
