hi, I joined sw 3 weeks ago..the 1st week i ate loads and did 3 days red and 4 days green..i lost 2pound..do i was quite pleased..then the weeks after i didnt eat as much because i wasnt that hungry and did mainly green days and put 1 pound on...so i was a bit gutted..however i carried on and i admit i prefer green days so i did mostly this for a week and put a further 2 pound on!!!! i am so gutted by this..do you think it could be too many green days which dont agree with me becasue i know people are different..but i dont know what to reallt eat on red days..what will fill me up..i was thinking of giving up..but i havent..i am going to give it another 2 weeks because i dont want to have put more weight on...i currentll weigh 13st 5 pounds...and i need and want to lose 2 stone..please can anybody help with ideas?? many thanks everyone
