Week 5... ARGH!

Thanks guys! I'm feeling much better now, it's made me feel much better knowing I'm not the only one who gets a bit blue on this diet!! Glad we're all getting back into the swing, I've just got a really good bargain on the next 2 months of packs so rather than making me dread another 8 weeks, I'm actually pleased with myself ;)

Let's do this thing ladies! :winner:

Hey wayz I'm feeling good today, got a box of old clothes down from the attic a couple of weeks ago and slowly more and more of them are fitting and when I wear them to work people notice I've lots loads so that's great!! How are you feeling? How was the work outing??

That's brill. Yes I'm doing similar. I had 2 pairs of combat trousers that I couldn't get into before starting exante and now I'm wearing them and they are roomy!! It's great rediscovering your old wardrobe. London trip went ok and didn't need to resort to 3 bars thankfully! Still have a good stone to lose before end July so bed to stay focused.

That sounds achievable though! I'm just going till end of august when I go on holiday, I'll lose what I can but if I don't quite hit target I'll still be happy with what I've achieved :)

Good luck Kitty ) I was back in the driving seat today ) yehhhhh xx

Congratulations on being back on track. The blimps on the road aren't as important as staying on the journey.

Yey, way to go. Bargains always make the plan that much easier to stick to.

Well done on staying on plan. That's brilliant :)

Thank's kitty, how are you getting on yourself! :)

Hi all, im new to Exante after doing lipotrim last year and losing almost 3 stone ive put most of it back on but cant get into the swing of lipotrim this time so am trying this instead, just had my first one, porridge, and really enjoyed it, have been reading things about the drinks that some people think are ok, any advice on this would be great as i hate water and struggle having to drink just that or black tea/coffee. actually any advice on Exante would be great as i dont know much about it, i have just bought a 6 week pack via a ******* offer and havent had much info on the product at all!

Hi daisy

I don't drink anything other than water and one cup of hot exante black current drink mix in the eve. Lots of people drink the other safe drinks (coke zero, dr pepper zero etc) so give them a try, I'm sure you'll be fine! Just make sure you stay hydrated as your body needs the water for the diet to work and also stay healthy. Good luck with your journey :)

Yes how are you doing kitty?

Hi doll,

Sorry I've not been on. Well you know I was bloody amazing and had my first 100% on Friday. Saturday was almost 100% for me. Craved at the end of the evening though and had a slice of cheese with ... you guessed it 2 seafood sticks and some seafood sauce.

Yesterday was the lunch party invite, so had my three meals, shake, bar and soup, but also had some fish, some chicken [no sauce on either] and steamed green veg. Stuck to water and feel like I navigated the event fairly well on the whole.

Back on 100% today. No weight loss on the scales since Thursday though - TOTM started today. So I guess it is just that and if I'm super careful the next few days the scales will show the results when things settle down again.

How are you? How was your weekend and how is today shaping up?

Well that's not bad really is it? I always come off plan on sat and sun and have some real food a a cheeky glass of wine. Hasn't done me any harm at all but pretty much 100% rest of the time. TOTM is tough, don't give it tho as the scales will catch up in a few days, blinking water retention!!

blinking water retention!!

Telling me! Had a sneaky weigh in last night and overnight I'm 1lb heavier which is normally the opposite!! Then had a nudge from my body as to why, grr!

blinking water retention!!

Yes, water retention is a real pain. Smidge, at least you know it's just our bodies being normal. I'm doing my best to stay positive - is it normal to feel so uncomfortable during TOTM on this? Seems worse than usual.

To be honest my birth control + weight gain pretty much put a halt on activity down there! So this is only the 2nd time in a long time but I must admit last month I was super bloated and a couple days in some pain!! Thank goodness it's only for a week!!

Yes, thank goodness. Wasn't really bloated, but it seems to be excessive this time around. Hmm... probably too much info :)

Hungry today. Just had the third meal replacement. Now left with nothing but water. Can't cheat. Won't cheat :)

I've just finished my last pack too, boo! I'm off to walk the dog soon, that always distracts me from food :chores016:

That's the spirit though Kitty - No cheating!
