I have lost 2 pounds during last week. Had a little slip up on Saturday night at a friends party where I had Doritos which set me back a little. Back on track though!
Yes I am feeling great! Also bought ketastix to see if I am ding alright with the carbs counting and it shows somewhere in the middle of the scale. I hope thats alright after 1 week. Or should it be the darkest colour and I need to cut even more?
