Aww shucks! I fear yet again there wil be no lose on Monday for me, so I have resigned myself to the fact that the next week I will resist week one.....see if that helps...*sigh*
1.5lbs off this week, and I'm quite pleased with that because I've been experimenting with my calories to see how many I can eat and still lose weight (I am very sedentary so I don't burn many!).
My word- 4lb off this week! Wowzers. I am over the moon! Post-TOTM, so maybe a bit of water weight. Other factors- lots of pork crackling and no going to the gym.
Soooo close to my goal, darn holiday getting in the way next week!
